The Springfield Area Officials Association is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for the games which we officiate. The Association’s members acknowledge that they participate in an organization that provides a service to the Central Illinois Region  and pledge to officiate each sporting event fairly and impartially within the rules of the Game.

The Association also pledges to recruit, develop, and promote officials through clinics, meetings, certification courses, and peer, coach, and player feedback as well as formal evaluation and coaching. The Association goal is to encourage officials to do their part to promote the various sports in a positive way by their actions on and off the field.
